I know these shortcuts are not available in Chromium Micosoft Edge. Personally I'd be happy with universalizing the shortcuts available in Word. It is not very invasive and does not require a UI (it's basically a built-in AutoHotKey script) I think a simple implementation would be to universalise the shortcuts akin to how Microsoft Word operates as a first implementation. Other great apps like Microsoft PowerToys are Keypirinha, Listary, Alfred and Rectangle. The best alternative is AutoHotkey, which is both free and Open Source.
